I have been a lender on roughly 50 loans that Alpen Mortgage originated.  I love working with Alpen. They are great at setting borrower expectations, bringing fair market-rate deals, and working with challenging situations and coming up with creative solutions that protect the lender while funding the borrower.  At the end of the day, the people of Alpen are what make the difference.  They really care about doing things correctly and treating everyone (lenders and borrowers) with respect.  I look forward to doing my next 50 loans with Alpen.
